Margarine is overkill. as you just need the oil from the spam to soak into the toast.

For those that can't be bothered to fry up a grilled cheese:
- Put some bread in a toaster.
- add a kraft single when the toast is done.
- microwave for 15 seconds
Enjoy.
I used to eat those back in the day when I was poor and drunk/stoned.

Peanut butter and chocolate chips or just take a chocolate bar like Jersey Milk or a Cadboury Dairy Milk and crumble up the squares........toast fresh white bread, let the chocolate melt in the warm peanut butter.....big glass of ice cold milk......yah....you're good to go.
