Can of salmon from Co-op, some mayo, buttered bread. Not much to it.

Still too upperclass.. Maybe if it was a can of salmon catfood it would be ghetto worthy.

Grilled Cheese with pickles and some ham, roast beef or turkey inserted.

Fried Spam and egg toasted sandwich w/cheese.

Margarine is overkill. as you just need the oil from the spam to soak into the toast.

For those that can't be bothered to fry up a grilled cheese:

- Put some bread in a toaster.
- add a kraft single when the toast is done.
- microwave for 15 seconds

Enjoy.

I used to eat those back in the day when I was poor and drunk/stoned.

Peanut butter and chocolate chips or just take a chocolate bar like Jersey Milk or a Cadboury Dairy Milk and crumble up the squares........toast fresh white bread, let the chocolate melt in the warm peanut butter.....big glass of ice cold milk......yah....you're good to go.

BBQ pork on white bread in Kansas City served on paper plates. This is real "ghetto" food served right in an actual "ghetto".
