Well as per usual, there is a 12 person league created in the name of CP. The rules are the same as last year, if you would like clarification, feel free to ask. Draft to be held Sunday August 24 at 3:30 MST.
And because of the same names that pop up every year, I'm inclined to give them the first shot at it this year.

If one of them backs out, I will open up some spots.

What about the commish having try-outs for spots. Similar to the way players have to make the team. Last thing I'm sure you guys want is someone quiting half way into the season cuz they're record sux. Plus, you want competitors that are willing to trade, not just sit back and watch once their roster is picked from draft day.

Some of the criteria you can judge would be based on past performance in Yahoo or other leagues. Maybe the ability to "Smack Talk". What about ones knowledge of the previous Fantasy Football year? What do you guys think?

Since there was enough interest, I opened up a second league. Will pass the commish duties off to someone else (I think I can do that).
Draft is on the same day as the first league at 3:00 PM MST.

If I might make a suggestion. As this is an annual league, have the 2 Leagues of 12 and relegate the bottom teams from one and the top teams from the other. That way the serious fantasy GMs will rise to the top and the less committed ones will slide down.
