Spend my money.
I was sleeping soundly yesterday morning when I was woken by a phone call from an unrecognized number. I answered, and was momentarily terrified when I learned it was my bank. However, my fears were quickly squashed when the kindly young lady on the other end informed me I was the winner of some sort of drawing, and I'd get a $25 pre-paid Visa gift card. I called several other branches, and it's the real deal. I get the gift card in the mail today, and realize I'm not sure what I should do with $25 free dollars. So, spend my money, what should I buy? Limit is $25, and there are no hookers or blow-dealers around here that accept debit.

I would buy a new toy and donate it to charity.
... or buy some booze for the Christmas season.

Incredibly boring, I know, but you could just make a $25 donation to your local Food Bank. It's coming up on the holiday season, and they ned the extra help for their Christmas hampers, etc.
Edit: EG to quit stealing my ideas imo.

Better yet use it to donate money then give that donation to someone for Christmas. Just make sure it isn't to the Human Fund.

Edit: Whoops... it was Parker Brothers, not Milton Bradley, and it doesn't really make sense anyway since that's probably exactly what you meant.

I've actually had a bank error in my favor.  It's not like they were giving me free money but they did give me over $400 that they took from me by mistake.
It felt like free money.

I'm thinking the food bank is the best idea so far. It may help chip away at the huge chunk of bad karma I amassed this year ... and I do not need any more booze, I'm well stocked for my two weeks off that are coming up.
