Default For all Ghostbuster fans!!!

IGN has an article about a company called Zootfly, who has been developing a new ghostbusters game.
http://xbox360.ign.com/articles/755/755482p1.html

The only bad news is they found out the game has been put on hold while they work on something else for the time being.

http://xbox360.ign.com/articles/755/755532p1.html

Some videos that appeared on Youtube
http://www.youtube.com/results?searc...y+Ghostbusters

It looks rather interesting

I saw that! It's sweet. You can actually use the destroy the environment around you trying to catch ghosts!

I'd wish they make a new movie, with a new cast. Possibly a darker ghostbusters.

Man, it's been so long since we've had a decent Ghostbusters game. 1985 pretty much.

What a nightmare trying to walk past Stay-Puft and getting up those stairs to Gozer. Very very difficult or impossible game.

Oh. My. God. I think my inner child just jumped through the roof in pure happiness. Seeing this makes me even more happy to have bought an Xbox 360...

Looks like they're using or are planning on using the Unreal Tournament 3/Gears of War engine for this. Should be intense!

I do believe Ankroyd was trying to have a third movie produced, which was aptly named "Ghostbusters in Hell", but that project died off a couple of years ago.

Some rumors had the Brat Pack boys playing a new ghostbusting team, with cameos by the old cast.

I wouldn't mind seeing Will Ferrell, Owen Wilson, Ben Stiller, and Steve Carrell as Ghostbusters. That right there, gentlemen, is money.

Drop Ben Stiller. A) You need a black guy and B) the moment you see Ben Stiller in a movie it loses its credibility as anything more then a cheap comedy and ghostbusters by far was not a cheap comedy

LOL, you're definitely right. I don't think he's the WORST choice out there, but you are correct in that there could be better.

If we need a black Ghostbuster, who would make an excellent addition?

My vote goes to Dave Chapelle, if you could actually get him in a movie like this! haha....

Personally, I think D.L. Hugley would be great. Winston wasn't the biggest joker, but did joke around.

My line up would be

D.L. Hugley as Winston
Vince Vaughan as Venkmen cause he could go on the rants
Steve Carrel as Ray
and I cant think of a good Egon.

Dgs and cats, living together!

OMG, ghostbusters is one of my favorite movies. I think all of us who grew up in the 80's were greatly influenced by the ghostbusters in one way or another. I can remember all the toys I had...the firehouse with the slime that came through the holes in the roof...my proton pack...ahhh such good memories.

I really hope this comes out for PC also, but I doubt it.

Looks like it will be on PC!

"Publisher is particularly optimistic for the chances of "Ghostbusters" because, unlike the young male-targeted "Scarface," it has the potential to appeal to children and adults. Developer Terminal Reality is making a "Ghostbusters" game for PC, Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 aimed primarily at the core gamer demographic, while Red Fly Studios is making a version for Playstation 2, Wii and DS designed more for families and casual gamers."

Haha, that's actually not bad. But can he be funny. We all know that the other three guys I tossed out there like to improv on set, so could he keep up?
That actually made me think of the O.C. guy that started the whole Indie music fad. What's his name
