Where to park downtown near city hall

I'm getting some finger printing done tomorrow at the Police station on 7th ave, and I'm just wondering if there's any good places to park near there?

Ctrain would be easiest...or there's a city pay lot just off 9 ave just east of macleod trail...north side of the road.

I don't use public transportation, but thanks for the heads up on the pay lot, I'll probably hit that up.

Easiest lot to use to go to the cop shop, city hall or the DT library is the one on the east side of city hall. On 3rd st east, just off 9th.

Just to clarify, the finger prints are work related, unless of course my prints match up with a crime, then it'll be work and crime related.
