Oh my god. This guy is exactly what is wrong with American society. (before I get jumped on for being anti American, I'm not saying everyone is like this).

Anyone ever notice that all of these completely ######ed lawsuits are always about sending a message, and have nothing to do with the money?

Aitken's handwritten lawsuit contends the rat-eating made his blood pressure rise, resulting in being dizzy and lightheaded - and vomiting. Because he was disoriented he ran into a doorway, "causing suffering, injury and great pain."

I'll have to see how the lawsuit goes.

The same thing happened to me when my wife made me watch "The Bachelor."

Apparently he claims he could change the channel in time . His remote must be far more complicated than mine.

He should have filmed that, that would have been funny as hell to see. I LOL when I read that part.

He should have filmed that. The $10,000 he would have won on Americas Funniest Home Videos would have been $10,000 more than he will win in this lawsuit.

BTW, When I first read this this morning, I fell out of my chair laughing, mildly scraping my elbow. This caused untold amounts of pain and suffering, so I intend to sue this idiot for $1 million. Anyone else suffer the same effect and wish to make it a class-action lawsuit?

I think I will. The idea of this lawsuit caused me severe emotional and physical distress.

I can't count the number of times this has happened to me. Count me in! It's about time these idiots paid!

why do they let these lawsuits actually go through. This is almost as bad as that guy that sued McDonald's for burning his wife's lips with coffee and he didn't find her sexually appealing anymore so he sued them.
