Default Forum Software Update to 3.7
Alright, forum software has been updated. Let me know if there's anything you find that's broken.

There's some neat new features that I'll post about in a bit, gotta go have lunch.

EDIT: I see the little vertical line at the bottom of each post, so don't mention that one.

I've also made a change to the image hosting of some files on the site, let me know if you see any broken images or any other weird image things.

Doesn't really get rid of the original problem which is the amount of time spent on addressing any complaint about a skill given unfortunately.
