Default Cleaning chrome rims

Anyone have any good products or ideas for cleaning chrome rims? I just finished cleaning mine with good old fashioned elbow grease and I'm thinking there must be a better way. Thanks in advance.

I used one of those foaming sprays from Canadian Tire. You just let the foam sit for a minutes or so, then just rinse them off with your hose.....

I use a couple of these for cleaning my rims. Works awesome.

Basically I start out with just a sponge and wet the wheel really well, clean off the major dirt and stuff. Then I just soak the ball in soapy water, and clean the wheel with it. You have to keep dipping the ball in water though, as it has to stay fairly wet. Then I use a clean, dry ball to apply polish if I want to take that step.

(Yea, you read it right. I use both my balls to clean my rims )

Be careful with a lot of the "Spray on and soak" sprays. Most are very acidic in nature and will eat away the clearcoat coating on your rims.

I have found a proper car wash soap and a soft sponge will do wonders on a weekly or bi-weekly cleaning. Waxing the wheels with Wheel Wax also goes a long way to making them easier to clean and keeping the brake dust from sticking.

(Yes, I wax my car wheels )
