Default Spas - Where to send mom?

Does anyone know if there are any nice/reputable spas (preferably in South Calgary) other than Evelyn Charles (spell?).

It's a milestone birthday for mom, so I'd like to send her someplace nice. I believe the Stillwater at the Hyatt is supposed to be the nicest place in the city, but she's not big on driving in to the downtown unless absolutely necessary.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

We went to newbury spa last weekend for a couples spa package, and it was very nice! Its just off 11th I believe.
I have been to stillwater. It was nice, but they are building that big tower across the street, and all I heard was the damn jackhammering the whole time!

The other option is hummingbird spa, which is in avenida. It is way better priced. Not as much a high end spa, but still a nice place.

Newbury Spa on 11th or 12th ave and Oasis on 17th ave sw are the ones my girlfriend frequents outside of Stillwater.

Depends what she wants at the spa... Newbury is good for manicures, pedicures, etc. and has Crave cupcakes for patrons to enjoy.

Oasis is better for massages if she asks for Jeff - apparently he was the masseuse for Yelle when he played here in Calgary.

Send her over to my house. I'll show her a good time.

I heard Swizzlesticks is good too. I know that some celebs go there when in town.
