After Neckar's abysmal -4, exactly those -4 that was a difference between Flames 7 and Hawks 3, Hawks GM responded immediatly and sent struggling Dman to Pittsbourgh along with 4thliner Claude Lemieux for dependable blueliner Jon Klemm.

Klemm, 69 OV appeared to be tied with Van Ryn and Richardson for Hawks best D and also is second-best passer on Hawks defense.

"There are six players in CPHL, who are out for the rest of the season(3 monthes or more) , and two of them are Hawks. And both are important blueliners Jillson (best Hawk in +/-) and Karpovtsev (best Hawk OV Dman). Due to that Hawks had glaring holes on their third pair and that showed tonight. We needed to fix it and we've got a very reliable Dman who will fill this role."
