- You can network them and transfer the files via file sharing if you are on the same physical network. (or a VPN type deal)
- You could zip them into a single file and transfer them through IRC,or some chat program like MSN Messenger maybe? I don't know the file size limits.

It may work if you have an iPod or big flash drive card. What I did was use my iPod (160GB so I had lots of space) as a flash drive, and I put all my song files onto the iPod itself (go to my computer, then find the iPod and open it, then dump the files into it), then hook it up to the new computer and just click and drags all the files into the new computer.

It worked for me since all my files have proper names, etc. That is if you have an iPod or other MP3 player I suppose (I haven't tried any others), but other than that I can't help.

This is your best bet. Unless you're setup with a gigabit Ethernet, I wouldn't attempt transferring that much data over the wire unless you want to do this over a period of about a week.

I usually just load my library onto an external hard drive that I use to back stuff up on and copy it off that. I like simple solutions.
