Can someone tell me why my email alerts don't work? I have the "play sound when message arrives" option enabled, and it is set to check every 30 minutes, but I am not notified when I have a message.

do you have outlook to check for email every x minutes?
when it plays a sound or whatever, it just does it once, not continuous, like an alarm clock or something...
