Default Box Liner

I just got a new truck and I held off on getting the spray in liner done at the dealership because they weren't going to give me a deal. What recommendations do people have? Should I just go back to the dealership and get it done there or is there somewhere in town that offers a quality product for a good price?

Go to Raven Trucking .... they will take great care of you and you will be extremely happy with the quality of the work (although your pocket book will take a hit)

I had mine done at http://www.line-x.ca/index.php?page=locateab

Wasn't the cheapest but I'm completely satisfied...

A buddy had line-x do the whole length of the truck about 12 inches high to eliminate rock dings. It actually looks really good. His truck was yellow but I thought it was a great idea. He is also on gravel A LOT.

Friend of mine co-owns the Line-X on the North Side of town. They do a great job.

Another question: Anyone have any idea where I could go to get a checkerplate put over the rail?

Any truck accessory place will have that. Or you can put Line-X on the top of the bed sides like I did to mine. Looked pretty sharp.

Titan or Raven should have them. You can also get Line-X over the bed rail.

yeah, I like the look of the checkplate on a black truck. I might just go with the Line-X since the price is pretty competitive.

Would they put the checker plate on or would they just sell it to me for me to install?

I'm guessing it would be an adhesive backed long piece of plate. You can probably bolt it down too but won't need to ifare putting hooks or bar over top it.

When I was 16 and lived in Bragg Creek, I had saved up for 2 years to finally buy my own truck (with a little help from ma and pa ) With my $3,500 used 1989 Chevy Silverado 1500 in the drive, my dad recalled that he had seen a box liner in the woods near our house, collecting leaves.

So we trekked down the hill, retrieved the folded and demented truck liner to see if it'd fit. When we chucked it into the back, it sat there all bent and not fitting. I hopped in the back of the bed, put some pressure in the middle and that baby sucked right up to the sides, a perfect — and free — fit.

Little water to clean it out, looked great.

So my advice, check your local forest first.

It is great to see the Fotze we know and love is back. So many of the recent posts have been thoughtful, well thought out and above all else, clean. I strained a neck muscle trying to find the double entendres in some of them. They just weren't there!!

Good to have a nice old fashioned filthy fotze post!!
