This guy could get paid for this.
While it is not OK to expose yourself, it is also not OK to assault someone with boiling water.
I could see this being a gigantic court trial. He sues for getting burned, she sues for having to witness his junk. Everyone in America who pays taxes and has insurance loses. Good old frivolous lawsuits.

I'll admit that I don't like that this kind of place exists, but I wouldn't try and have them shut down. I think what really bothers me is that there isn't an equivalent for women. I want hot half naked men serving me the beverage of my choice and I should be able to stay in my car while they do it. Not much to ask but it'll never happen, so I will have to keep recruiting men to do it for me at home...

The problem with that is that men will go out of their way to see almost any woman in a bikini, while women have considerably higher standards.
I'm sure these are pretty average looking women working the drive-thru. Average is just fine. Men will want to have a look at that.
On the other hand, any woman I know would frown, to say the least, at the thought of buying food/beverage from a regular looking guy in a speedo.

I wouldn't mind seeing an average looking guy half naked, personally. Perhaps I am an anomaly though. I've been accused of having low standards with regards to looks... I don't think I do, but whatever.
... But either way, since I am a problem solver, we would just have to make sure there are only hot guys working there. Men get their bikini chicks, we get oiled up men, everyone is happy.
