On another note, are knee-high socks really necessary for weightlifting?

Ouch, I broke my wrist/arm one time falling off a roof, my bone had popped out and was sticking about 9-10 iches out with my skin still in place wrapped around it, I was in shock and went and told my friends Mom who was watching us, I think we better go now.

Reminds me of the SNL skit where the guy goes to lift the weights, and his arms rip right off, blood squirting everywhere...

I still remember when that female weight lifter peed herself when she was lifting the weights. That was funny.
