Can you get a CD that is more than 700 Megs???

Is there something around 800??

No, I'm pretty sure 700 is the max.

yes, you can get larger cd's, you just have to look around - theyre not very common

You can find 90 minute (800MB) CD-R's, but not every CD writer will be able to write to them.

And your software may or may not support overburning (going over the 700MB level).

As to where to get them, I can't think of anywhere in town.. the were big for a short while. I couldn't find any with a quick search either.

You'd have to check your software and hardware to see if it supported it (usually in the help, search for overburning, or do a google search for your CD-RW and overburning). Nero supports it on the software side, not sure about anything else.

For the hassle, it's much easier to simply spend a few bucks and get a DVD burner.. with boxing day sales, they'll be cheap. FutureShop has a Benq DVD burner for $49 after mail in rebate.
