Suprised no one had put this up but amazingly the lowly Miami Dolphins beat the New England Patriots. I hate the Patriots and boy was it good to see them get their asses handed to them by the Dolphins.

I watched the last 2 minutes....and man was it a great final 2 minutes. I think I was in shock for a few seconds....good for Miami, shows that Bates could make a good coach for em afterall.
But we all know Saban will come and take over....
I do beleive there are many Fish fans on here...congrats boys/girls.

the Pats always have trouble with the Dolphins. That could have been the worst Tom Brady performance I've ever seen. I'd rather them do it now than in January or February....

I have loved the dolphins ever since I was a boy. And every week, I bet on them to win. Well, last night, I bet against them, and they kill the patriots..
Glad to see my team win against the patriots. But man... a break now and then would be nice

Last night was my superbowl. I hope this starts a long losing streak for Brady and the Pats.

Any time the Pats lose it is a good day in my books.
Congrats to the Dolphins for coming out and playing hard when they easily could have just mailed it in for the rest of the season.

Draft Pick
|
For an early Christmas present I got to fly down to Miami for the game last night, and being a Patriots fan for all my life that game hurt more than you can possibly imagine. The feeling I had when the time ran out was similar to when the 'Nucks forced game seven into overtime. I still haven't completley got over it yet. =\

I called the upset!
Of course, this means nothing here, because I didn't post anything about it. But I had been calling this one for a couple weeks with the guys I watch MNF with, and they thought I was nuts.
Truthfully, Brady threw the game away, but as a Fish fan, it still feels good. Now we just need Saban and a decent draft pick.

And a QB, O-line, and a new HB.

Just curious. Why the hate-on for the pats?

Good question. I don't really get it either. They are a well-coached team that is fun to watch, led by a likeable QB. I imagine its just because a lot of people dislike whatever team is on top of the pile, and right now its the Pats (until someone knocks them off).

Just hate them because I cheer for Miami, so I don't hate them as much as I hate the Bills though.

I don't think they are as good as the hype they are getting. The Rams were a better team when the Pats beat them.
They get way too much press and talk about being great that it p*sses me off.
Also I have never liked Parcells or his disciples, actually don't think that Brady is likeable at all.
That would be the main reasons.

No mystery at all. Haven’t met a Dolphin fan that didn’t have a hate on for the Pats, Jets and Bills. It’s a divisional thing, and if they didn’t have a hate on then I really must question the Dolphin fan bit.
Jets suck
as for JiriHrdina comments... nope. even if they horribly coached, boring to watch, led by a dufus QB and were the worst team in football I would still hate them.

2 superbowls in 3 years and breaking a record for consecutive wins in a row = as good as the hype. they're doing things NO OTHER TEAM IN HISTORY has ever done.

They did one thing that no other team in history has done.
I am not saying that they are not good just that they are not in the elite categories of teams such as the Green Bay teams of the 50's, the Steelers of the 70's, the 49ers of the 80's and the Cowboys of the 90's.
Had it not beenfor an injured index finger it very well could have been the Rams that won two Super Bowls in three years.
I credit New England with all they have accomplished just don't think they are as good as the hyp would suggest.
