Hey young like-to-play-on-the-web guys

I figure one of the young computer whizzes around here must be doing this or know someone who is.

What's the going rate for a junior employee to handle basic web work:

work with templates, html, php, fireworks, dreamweaver etc.

Basically web adminstration, no real design work an definitely no programming required. Probably a few general office admin duties too.

$10 an hour? more? less? (can't imagine its less)

I did that type of work in highschool, my employer would pay about 10-12 an hour. It really depends on the experience of the person and their education level. If the price was right I'm sort of looking into doing freelance work on the side.
