Our office got shook around pretty good, they evacuated us for about 15 minutes. It was a pretty good shake this time, doesn't appear to have been too serious thankfully

Jim Rome interrupted his show to talk about how his building was shaking.

Jim Rome interrupted his guest (John Calipari?) to comment on how bad his building was shaking as it happened.

Edit: I type too slow.

^ Are you sure that wasn't just his usual pause between words?

Heheh. For the longest time, I thought that was just the fan960.com buffering.

Well a 5.4 quake is still a better ride than anything they can offer at Disneyland and LA is sure as hell not the happiest place on earth.

I'm reminded of a classic Kids In The Hall skit:

"Earth-quake-a... Whole lotta shaking goin' on down there..."

Just a matter of time before the whole state sinks.

Just a matter of time until our sun goes supernova, and vaporizes the earth.

It wasn't much fun. I thought a large truck was driving by our building and then the shaking got worse. I heard the owner say "that's not a truck" and the shaking got even worse. It lasted for quite a long time, compared to the normal moderate quakes I've experienced.
