Default Flying Standby

Can anyone share how the process works? What kind of savings the airlines offer? I can't find any info on the websites for either AC or WS. Thanks!

JJ is right. Only employees and thier immediate families can fly standby.

Actually the only time on WS you can fly Standby if you aren't an employee/buddy pass/etc. is if you already purchase a flight and want to do an "Early Show", you show up at the airport for an earlier flight time to catch the early flight. Or if you are going to miss your plane you can show up at the airport within 2 hours of the flight leaving and do a "Late Show" and be put Standby on the next flight as well.. Thats the only time non WS employees/family/buddy passes get the opportunity to fly standby

Yes, it is their IATA code.

Not to be confused with:
WJ - Air Labrador
WN - Southwest Airlines
