LF: Place to rent in SE Calgary
Hey CP,
There are 3 of us (2 males & 1 female) looking for a place to rent in SE Calgary. Need a 3 BR house, we do have a black lab that is well trained, quiet and spends most of his time outside. Lookingto move ASAP.
If you have something available or know someone that does please PM me.
I have tried rentfaster and homerent and no one gets back to us.

We may have a house to rent in the SW near Chinook Mall come September, maybe even August depending on the current tenant's decision.
3 bedrooms up, 3 down, 1100 sq.ft up and 900 down with separate entrances, bathrooms, kitchens and laundry and a detached double garage (unheated). Dogs OK, but the back yard's not fenced completely around as there's a parking pad in the back giving access to the alley. If you wanted to fence in the gap, you'd be allowed to do so.
Close to Chinook Centre, Elbow Drive, Macleod Trail and a block from the Community Centre/tennis courts, etc.
The rent for both units is $1700 plus utilities, but you'd have the entire house to yourself including garage.
Let me know if that's something that would interest you and I'll try to get more details from the upstairs tenant as to when he's leaving.

prefer deep SE, just not forest lawn area really though.
Mackenzie (towne), new brighton, copperfield, auburn bay, cranston, douglasdale, douglasglen is preferred.

I'm confused about this is it 1700 each unit or together? Would be interested in taking a look though.
