Calgary Autobody Recommendations - Thrifty

My mother drives a '92 acura with hardly any miles on it.

There is a bit of rust and the bumpers are a bit banged up but she really likes the car so she doesn't really want a new car anyways.

We are looking for a good auto bodyshop/person who could spruce this car up for a reasonable rate, we are not perfectionists. At the end of July the car will be able to be worked on for about a month.

We would like to keep the $ under or around 2000.

Have you tried a Honda or Accura dealer? Sometimes you might be surprised at how reasonable they might be. When I was looking for estimates after my neighbour hit my car (he was paying cash for the repairs) I found GM dealers were within 2% of the lowest priced reputable body shop.

I'm just cautious after having my car worked on by "the best price I could get" type of place, and kicked myself for years over not spending the extra bit to have it done by a dealer who might show a little more pride into one of their own products.
