The NY Islanders are please to nominate goaltender Dwayne Roloson as goalie of the week. In his 3 games played thus far, Roloson has a 2-0-1 record. Of these three games, Rolo has been selected the 1st star once, the 2nd star once, and the 3rd star once. He has stopped an incredible 72 of 76 shots fired his way for a sparkling 0.947 save percentage. During this time, Rolo has also stifled the opponents' powerplay, not allowing a single PP goal against on 20 opportunities.

Well, no big stand outs on the Wings again this week. Team went 2-1-1-0. Best player was Morrow with 5 points. Both goalies didnt play well and no d-man stood out above the rest.

Glen Murray of the Trashers deserves recognition after his recent goal scoring tear.
