I have a buddy who paid for a kid for 4 years.# He had to get a court injunction to force a DNA test.# Finally was found not to be his.# Evil bag.

I think I would be really inclined to sue the mother of the child for every cent plus interest on the child support payments.
Get the government to garnish her wages to pay you back.

She wasn't rollin in the dough so it would probably hurt the kid who already has been cursed with her as a mother. [/b][/quote]
The better people to go after would be the government. A DNA test should be mandatory when there is a question of paternity, and should be completed before one cent is handed over. However, as is usual in these cases, men are guilty until proven innocent.
