You can get a scale that includes your body fat % as well as water percentage and such (aside from the obvious weight!). You can get these at London Drugs for sure, and I imagine many other places. Expect to pay about $100 if you go that route.
Otherwise if you want the calipers for measuring body fat then I would suggest stores like Fitness Depot as they will definitely have that type of thing there.

Calipers are the best way if you want the most accurate results.

You beseech me with your astounding (and borderline creepy) knowledge of my personal situation....Although it's not so much the cheeseburgers, it's all the extra ranch I put on my Cold Cut Trio at Subway.
Almost, Fotze!

I'm not sure body fat monitors are manufactured in 'Tub' form, best of luck though.

I can't tell you exactly (I'm a financial advisor, not a scientist!), but I think that it shoots little pulses through your feet (which need to be bare at the time) and then based on the resistance it completes a calculation.
I can't swear to its accuracy for someone trying to be incredibly specific, but its accurate enough for my interest, and seems pretty close to me.

Most gyms will measure your body fat. The cost at my gym is $15 per test. You should only need to measure your body fat once a month.
Also the electronic body fat calculators are not that accurate anyway. My personal trainer measures my body fat. He tells me the gadget that they use will measure a 2% differance in a single day.
What type of program are you using?

Actually, the P90X system. (Ducks for the boos and hisses...)
Just want to keep a bi-weekly measurement.

My wife bought one of the electronic body fat scales at Costco awhile back for $50-$60... I think you can get similar models at Wal-mart for like $40.
I can't vouch for the accuracy but if you're just measuring for improvement they will probably do the trick.

LOL, they kept showing infomercials when I was in Toronto for the P90X... them dudes were in decent shape to start with but were pretty damn ripped after 90 days. Food is probably a big component of that. Let us know how it goes

I had to look that up. Ripped in 90 days huh? Good luck with that.
Seriously, the program makes sense. Allthough I would say that the ripped in 90 days claim is a bit of a stretch for the majority of people. I do something very similar. New workout program every four months. So I only do the same excercise four times before I switch to something else.

Booyah.
Good program.....lots of people I know love it, and get good results.
Good luck, because apparently its incredibly taxing on the muscles.

Nutrition is a huge component of any program.

Nutrition is the biggest part of it; it is by far the most time consuming aspect of the program because you have to REALLY watch what you're eating, and when. However, most people I've talked to who have done it said they found results by loosely following the diet plan, but would have had better if they swore to it.
I'm not looking to get ripped; I'm more pumped about the Phase I part of the program where I can shred fat in a month; I'm actually in very decent shape, but I just want to loose a little chub around the sides.
BTW, I haven't spent a penny on the system - I downloaded it, and bought all the food ingredients, and found suitable equipment for which to work out with - the only think I bought was a chin-up bar. I have given no money, at all, to the P90X creators.

You're worse than those freeloading illegal downloaders.
I hope you're ashamed of yourself.

I’m on that system right now really great, I’m in my second week and I have already seen some results
But I have only been loosely sticking too the diet, I really should stick too it better

J Pold, I'm about to start P90 with Ozy as well on Monday, any suggestions for the nutrition part? How closely have you been following the schedule for eating?
It's incredibly taxing to make this eating schedule... I'm actually looking forward to making the dishes, it's making this wretched schedule that sucks hardcore.
