Hi all,

As you can see, I don't post here very often... however I usually read through the forums at least twice a day. I thought I'd give this a try before going the more traditional route, so if you have any questions please feel free to email or pm me!

I pre-bought into this project almost 3 years ago, thinking that it would be a great place for a young batchelor / couple to get a great start. However, while we were waiting for this project to finish we bought another condo in a location that worked better for us (all of our friends / family / church are up in the NW). So, we're looking to sell this place and pay my parents back for the loan they gave me to buy the place we're currently in!

Very interested and awaiting floor plan/pics

I was looking online at some of these, and the one bedroom+den listings seemed a bit misleading, as the den appeared to be just a tiny nook in the corner of the kitchen.

Hi all,

My apologies for not getting the floorplan up before the weekend... I only have access to a scanner at work. I'm not quite sure how to link a picture, so I've set up a photshare that I'll continue to upload pictures once I've recieved possession.

Hey all,

I took possession today so I was able to go in and take some pictures. It looks awesome, and I know the built in A/C is going to come in handy this summer! Here's the link in case any of you want to have a look...

You may see a couple of green tags on the wall in a few of the pictures. These are just to notify the contractor of the final cosmetic touch-ups needed and should be done within a week or so.

A couple of other things I didn't mention in my first post regarding amenities. The complex has a great exercise facility, two great rooms which you can reserve for events, and guest suites that can be reserved as well. Most of the landscaping should be done by the end of the summer, so everything inside and out should be complete by the end of the year.

Yeah, replace 'cosy' with 'busy' and you've got a whole new selling feature! Time to do some photoshopping...
