Pretty much same thing happened to me. But when I hit the bottom of the ravine I found an iPod.

Good weekend so far, got the brakes in my car fixed (man, that is an easy job... so glad i decided to do it myself and save a few hundred bucks). Beyond that, thinking about getting the rafts together and going for a float down the elbow river. Golf at Maple Ridge on Tuesday... Such a nice weekend!!

Just been chillin so far. My son and I finished our bat house project, today the weather is supposed to suck here so not sure what to do. May go clubbin tonight though so a drunk story is always possible.

Thursday I had the last class of my degree, yesterday I turned 28, had a barbeque, won at bocce, got smash-hammered on a scintillating variety of alcohols, and today is the nicest day of the year so far.

Oh yeah, and last week I got offered my dream job.

Pretty good start to the summer, I'd say.

Should be a gooder this weekend. Got the bday on Monday so we're goin out for it tonight. Got a couple of the boyz comin up from Calgary to help me get er done in Deadmonton with my Oiler fan college buddies up here. If my Flames fans and Oilers fans buddies can co-exist in relative harmony(although thats not a given, they're not up here yet), then there's hope for us all. And if not, then we'll all hug it out and down some SoCo's.

I'm really pumped about tonight, I haven't gone out to the bars and got shamammered in months. And the best part is that its an 80's bar, I've never been! Gonna get my Rick Roll on tonight, you can count on that!!

I'm getting married tommorrow, so last night we had a firepit party with all our friends and family, and tonight we are meeting up with everyone at the pub. Then tommorrow, is the big day! At least the weather looks like its cooperating!

I work....all weekend. Fri/sat/sun day shifts, mon/tues nights....the ONLY benefit of that is triple time on the stat.

Right on, man. I just had my second last exam of my degree. Last one's on Monday, then I can get smammered and have a stat holiday on Tuesday! As for tonight though, getting sloppy and playing a lot of NHL 08 with the boys is on the docket.
