Horror movie fans?

Hey, haven't posted on here in a while and haven't checked in during that stretch..so sorry if I missed an old topic talking about this..but I saw the post about the trailer..and although I wouldn't call that horror, but more of just a slasher film..it brought me to think about this topic.

The Grudge, and Saw are out..with Darkness coming out xmas day right now seems to be like a hot time for horror movies. Anyone see any of these films yet? I saw both..I'd have to say Saw is more of a shocker..and the Grudge is more of the classic 'jump' out scare type movie. The previews of Darkness look great.. but all in all, Id have to say the film I want to see the most of all is White Noise..just watching the trailer is pretty freaky. For anyone who hasnt see the trailer..check it out..quite possibly the freakiest trailer ever. Especially if the opening is like they say, real.

Any other horror movies I am missing?

I enjoyed Saw alot and The Grudge didn't do it for me. It had no plot and I have been conditioned over the years that I can no longer be surprised by jump scenes. The last one that got me was bilbo's scene in fellowship of the ring.

I have not seen either trailers for Darkness or White Noise and I hadn't even heard of either until today, so thanks. I am definitely looking forward to White Noise because if you ask me Michael Keaton is one of the most underrated actors out there and he hasn't been in much lately.

Here are a flicks off the top of my head that are coming out next year. I am not sure if they will be any good, but I will put my lifes savings down that George Romero's fourth "dead" movie- Land of the Dead will kick some major ass.

Haute Tension (good movie-TERRIBLE twist at the end)
The Devils Rejects (sequel to house of 1000 corpses)
The Ring Two
remake of John Carpenter's The Fog

some movies that are rumoured to be going ahead are Freddy vs Jason 2, and a (gasp) remake of The Evil Dead
