Costco coupons for tires (Question)

Can anyone tell/help me about these coupons that Costco have for discount on tires from time too time, how could someone make sure that you could apply it to winter tires if they come out before or after being (Meaning your size would be sold out) able too get the size that you need??

Order them online, and they'll deliver them to the store for installation. That's what I did.

When you order on line you can only do it with American X right?

No, you can place an order online and use VISA. I just purchased a TV wall mount at Costco.ca using VISA.

Amex in-store only.

I saved about $120 when I bought my tires from Costco online and being able to use Visa was a bonus. I think they will deliver purchases to your house when ordering off the net as well.
