Default Black Light Clothing

We have a team playing in a work Glow Blowing tournament Tuesday. What we're trying to do is make team shirts, but something that in normal light looks like a single colour t-shirt, but when under black light, it reveals whatever we want written on our shirts.

Now I've watched enough CSI, and been on this board long enough to know what kind of answers I'm going to get here. I'd ask to refrain from those types of comments, but it wouldn't get me anywhere.

Is there an "Invisible Ink" pen or anything, and if we got say blue or black shirts, would the ink glow?

Any ideas let me know. Thanks!

They suggest kerosene here:

You probably want to make the event non smoking.

Apparently there are security marker pens which are invisible until shown under UV as well.

Any idea if it would work on a blue shirt?

What about using glow sticks to write with?

There are sticks you can buy that have a sort of rubbery ink in them that you can write with. Works very well... I think I got mine from San Francisco... I think it's possibly in the packs where you make your own stars on the ceiling? However, this stuff is glow in the dark ink, but it does react brilliantly to black light.

I called Micheals, and that's what they suggested. I just figured a pen would be easier to deal with.

Just make sure to tell the ladies to wear a black dress over a white lacy bra and thong.

I'm pretty sure most yellow highlighters will glow in black light. Used to draw on my face with them as a kid. should work on fabric too, might want to test it tho. probably the cheapest way.
