I agree.

Frankly I don't let my cat outside at all for fear that something would happen to her - I wouldn't be able to live with myself if that happened. She's had a rough enough life already.

My cats stay in my yard (because they're too fat to jump the fence...) I can't imagine my reaction if someone purposely did something to them (or to my dog either.) What kind of psycho sicko does these things?!?
