Default Loops for the Troops

I have been talking to some people who are part of organizing the Loops for Troops Run which is being held in memory of Corporal Nathan Hornburg as well as the rest of the troops who have sacrificed so much for their country. I have been talking to some of the organizers of the run who have informed me that the number of people who have signed up for the run has been below targets to date and while there have been more people signing up in recent weeks they hope to get more people signed up for the run.

There are three options for the run, a 1.6 military mile family walk, a 5 km run or a 10 km run. I know that it would mean a lot for a lot of the current troops to see the support of the city of Calgary behind the troops a large number of whom are currently volunteering to fight overseas.
