A friend of mind showed me this video not too long ago, i'm no fan of
American Idol or even modern music but this song struck a cord with me

Handlebars by Flobots is probably a current favourite example. Not at all a fan of hip hop, but that is a damn good song. Oddly enough, I like a fair bit of Eminem's stuff too.

A little bit of Glukoza Nostra straight outta GTA 4. Catchy little Russian tune, until you read the subtitles

Sorry, but that's a lot like saying "I hate rock but I love Avril Lavigne's Girlfriend song."

This thread is just screaming for a rick roll....

Outkast - Hey ya being the first that immediately comes to mind, I dont think I have anything that comes remotely close to sounding like that

This thread and every other thread needs no "rickrolling". I despise internet "phenomenons" and all the "cool" internet hax0rs that are in on the joke.

So true it hurts.

I find it funny how when making a movie about himself he needed to hire actors to play his friends.

I actually felt the last John Mayer album was excellent .

Maybe I'm just being picky here, but isn't Eminem technically a rap artist?

I've been singing the gangbang song the last 2 days. In fact, I was singing it on the ice 2 nights ago when I was playing hockey.

Potential NSFW, there are a few dirty words in that one...

I don't think I could ever like a new country song, or a broadway show tune. Ever.
