Default When does complaining turn into whining...

so, when does it?
when does complaining about something or someone..turn into whining?
Is there a magical point?
whats your thoughts?
I dont know what the break even point is? I guess it comes to a point where you hear about it long enough, then it becomes whining, but then again does it really?

When you say it more than once to the same person, or more than three times to various people.

After the first time you complain and you don't actively do something to correct it, then complain again, it becomes whining.

When you're already sitting in the penalty box.

Yeah, when the story is repeated to many times.

It's probably important or necessary to vent a little at certain situations. Butif you can't let go, it's whining.

According to the primary definition on dictionary.com, a complaint becomes a whine when it is uttered in a "low and usually nasally tone".

Personally I think complaining and whining are extremely similar. The only difference in my eyes is the perception of those around you. If I hear your complaint and agree in some way I'd consider it a complaint. If I do not agree, I'm going to refer to you as "whiner" when you back is turned or you are out of ear-shot.

huh? Don't you mean jersey number [insert Roloson's # here] or the since mentioned #87 (which also no longer makes sense but is still a popular notion)?
