I read that a few days back. Honestly, if you're in prison for a bad thing you shouldn't be complaining about something like this. All society and tax payers owe them is basic human rights and necessities but nothing more.

No doubt! I am sure the guy he knocked off would love to complain about civil rights.....

All of the symptoms he blames on a lack of food can also be explained by his morbid obesity. He feels like he's going to pass out, but always approximately one hour after eating? Sounds like type 2 diabetes to me.

If anything, they should be putting him on a controlled-carb diet and some pills for insulin resistance.

Creepy. I know a guy that looks just like him except he's a ginge.

One thing I didn't see in the article, what kind of time frame are we talking about? If it's a year to 18 months; meh. If he's been in there 6 months that rapid of weight loss can't be healthy.

It looks like he lost 70lbs in the first 4 months and 11 or 12 lbs a month since.

Frivolous lawsuit, and he should be made fun of at every possible opportunity for this stunt.

I think he's pisssed for one of two reasons.

1) He was hoping to hold out for The Biggest Loser - Prison Edition

2) He was so fat that he didn't have to worry about what might happen if he were to drop the soap in the shower because it was physically impossible unless Long Dong Silver was doing a stint in the same joint. Now that he's lost the weight, he's fair game.

Hahaha, tubby - follow society's laws and you get to eat your self to death. Dont follow them and you get on the same diet as the rest of the rats.

On a side note, he is likely getting more attractive to the soapers, which is probably the reason behind the lawsuit, before the natural laws of phyisics would have prevented him from becoming their biatch, now not so maybe

EDIT - Damnit, that idea was already floated.

Yep.

For an obese person....2.5-3 lbs per month loss is perfectly healthy.

I think this moron is thinking: "Hey, it's great that I've dropped some weight, but now I need to pretend I'm not pleased so I can take the system for some cash. Then I'll never have to work like my daddy did."

He's a turd.

I think if he wins any type of settlement (lol), his payment should be entirely made up of frozen corn dogs and possibly frozen burritos. He'll never go hungry again.

I don't imagine the quality of prison food and the amount served would be enough to keep his previous weight. Stereotypically, isn't exercise and working out one of the more common things to do in prison where you wouldn't have a lot to do otherwise? Weight loss is almost guaranteed

I don't think the inmate is sueing for money...
I quickly skimmed the 10 page article, and all I think he is asking is for the courts to look into the amount of food given, and provide more food.

If he lost some weight, more inmates might be willing to share their "burritos" with him
