Board settings not functioning?

Not a big deal, but my preferences are to view oldest posts first, but lately the newest post is displaying first.

Hm that's weird, this is in the thread view right (viewing the posts in a thread)?

Not sure beyond changing it to the other setting and then changing it back; I'm still seeing the traditional way.

Yeah, the thread view option is what I mean. I tried the switch 'n save method before I posted it didn't seem to help. Maybe I'll just clear my cache and re log-in.

EDIT: That didn't do the trick, either. Seems to be really hit and miss - can't seem to get it to happen consistently on any forum or sub forum. Sometimes it sorts as expected, sometimes it doesn't. Strange.
