Would anyone in the know, know the following?
Section 119, would seat 13 or 16 be closer to the stage?
Where the heck is parking area P2/3 and how do I get there?

I think that parking is in the NE part of the Dome. What I would do is head that way, don't go into the Stampede grounds but the other side of the Dome by where the ticket office is. Then there will be parking dudes and you can double check with one of them where to park.
