Welcome Back, Winter!
Wow, what the hell? Just over 6 inches is on the ground at my place on Heritage. From the radar it looks like it started around 5:30. 3 inches and hour is pretty crazy.
So, how was your drive into work today?

It wasn't snowing when I got on the bus this morning in North Central around 6:15. I fell asleep and woke up downtown. Bit of a shock. I thought the bus may have driven back in time to January.

Here in the south-east there is about a foot and a half of snow with no end in sight
I tried to get to the train this morning but I moved about 5 feet in half an hour just turned around and came home

I live in Harvest Hills. When I started my ride in, there were a few flakes coming down. By the time I was halfway, I couldn't see as my glasses were caked in wet snow. A very slow pedal in at that point.

At 6:30 in Okotoks there was barely anything on the ground, but the further north I drove the nuttier it got.
Just got to my office downtown and I looked like a snowman from the walk from the train station.

This is getting utterly ridiculous.
Well, now I'll just delay my drive to campus, as I'm sure traffic is utter hell right now.

In McKenzie Towne, I didn't get even to the traffic circle from my place about a mile away in 45 minutes or so. I have a course to go to today, we'll see how that works out. I'll wait an hour or so and see how things go.

Filthy dirty snow.
You'd best be gone by afternoon.

This weather sucks. I brushed off one side of my car and suddenly it's covered again! Crazy!
~35 minutes to get to work isn't too bad. Once this year it took me over an hour ...

Hour and a half to get from Cranston to Kingsland. 14cm already, and it is still coming down heavy.
My favourite part of today is that they are calling for a thunderstorm tonight.
If that just doesn't scream Calgary, I don't know what does.
