So you don't have the chance to ask for your money back when the movie's over?

This isnt even going to make DVD. They're lucky if its deigned worthy of VHS.
It might just have to come out on Beta.

No he is not in it. I don't know if they have the Corey's reality show in Canada, but they had an episode about how Feldman got offered a role in the Lost Boys 2 and Haim didn't. I guess because of all the drugs Haim has the mental capacity of a 14 yr old.

He is listed on IMDB as having a role.
Wikipedia:
"In February 2008, filming resumed in Vancouver for Lost Boys 2: The Tribe to include several scenes with Corey Haim reprising his role as Sam Emerson. Haim reversed his previous decision to not appear in this sequel."
So yes it looks like we will have both Coreys. Although Haim's role will probably be much smaller.

They cost peanuts to make, get money from advertisers for product placement and end up making peanuts if anything at all.
If you watched that reality show that Sowa was talking about I am sure Corey Feldman would show up at your kids party if you gave him 100 bucks. My guess is the losers that are in this film aren't getting paid much at all. If the producers are lucky/smart they might be able to convince these idiots that they are still big stars and this will be a success and get them to take less for for a piece of the profits.
Also: money from crappy TV stations like Spike TV and overseas movie channels to play crap like this helps.

Jamison Newlander aka Allan Frog is back too. I'll watch it one day just for the hell of it.
This trailers better just because of the classic line at the end. No it isn't a Rick Astley video.

The ending of the film is rumored to be Dallas Cowboys quarterback "Touchdown" Tony Romo slaying the final vampire by throwing a silver football through its heart.

That's the stupidest thing i've heard in a while I hope thats not true although I'll probably never see it anyway...

Are you kidding? They couldn't come up with a better ending then that. It could possibly be the cheesiest scene in movie history since the final part of "Fondue Disasters IV".

IMDB also has Angus Sutherland listed. He is the half brother of Keifer... interesting.
That quote at the end is pretty cheese. This movie is bound to become a superchannel classic.

Feature films almost never actually have any 'net' profits. This includes monster blockbusters like Transformers. They make huge amounts of 'gross' profit, but this money all has already been designated to cover certain 'costs' (producer salaries, studio bankroll, etc.) If you're ever involved in a film and are offered a portion of 'net' profits, laugh in the face of whomever is offering it to you, 'cause it's a sucker's deal. Offer to forgo your 'net' profits for an executive producer credit. You won't get any more money, but it looks better on the resume.

I agree which is why I mentioned lucky in regards to the producers and idiots in regards to Feldman.
The thing that I most garnered from the Corey and Corey reality show is that they still think they are relevant and have talent and that they are both huge idiots.
When talking about this project in particular they both came across as thinking it would be a huge success and something that the public was wanting to see.

I think most of the sweet deals that actors great come from the movie's gross profits. Keanu Reeves made this ridiculous sum for the matrix.
The Matrix Revolutions (2003)$15,000,000 + 15% of the gross
The Matrix Reloaded (2003)$15,000,000 + 15% of the gross
The Matrix (1999)$10,000,000 + 10% of the gross
