Default Outdoor carpet removal

Today I removed the carpet from my front step. I really wasn't sure how to go about it so I went to work with a couple of scrapers and a utility knife. It was relatively easy. Had a few spots where I had to cut, or scrape to get the carpet up.

Now that I'm done, I've got a few spots of carpet (more like fuzzy spots than carpet spots) and of course that yellow glue all over the place. My original plan was to re-carpet the step but the cement looks to be in decent shape. I'm thinkin I'd like to remove the fuzz and yellow glue crap. How do I get rid of the glue? Merely scraping it away is going to be too hard and tedious. Is there some sort of remover that I can use?

Go to Rona I believe and get yerself something called "Remove All" Flooring adhesive remover.

I used it to remove the lino from my basement bathroom before I tiled.

Spread it on with a brush and let it sit for a while.

Shuld scrape off fairly easily.
