Is there a way to search hotmail for a person by name? Someone told me an e-mail address this weekend and it being the weekend I was drunk and can't remember it though I do know it was hotmail. But I do have a name.
Oh yeah and I'm not just lazy looking for hints -- I tried to figure it out but I'm not familiar with hotmail really. Even "nope, you can't do that" would be appreciated.
not that I'm aware of... but I'm curious to know. I have someone on my MSN contact list, and I don't have two sweet clues who they are (why can't people use normal sign-in names like "theirname"@hotmail.com?

You could try the members search in the MSN Member directory here: Advanced Search
Just put in some fields and you may be able to come up with their profile (every hotmail account has one attached).
Maritime Q-Scout: If the person's in your contact list you can right click on their name and click on "View Profile". You should be able to get a little more info on them there if they've filled one in.

yeah, they don't have their profile filled in
well I don't talk to them, they don't talk to me... I guess they can't be that important :P
