Question Getting Tickets For NFL Games

I want to go to a Cardinals home game sometime next year what are the chances I can score two on a ticketmaster?

If I want good seats would it be best to go through a stubhub/ebay type service?

What do tickets normally run?

Thanks!

yes you can good seats on stubhub, but you'll get them for less than sticker value in the parking lot, well in this case, in westgate, just before the game.

few people know this but even for the superbowl you could get the seats at face value just before the game.

bottom deck sticker prices are about 70 to 100 I believe.

I agree.

I was surprised to talk to people after the superbowl that just wanted to party near the game and ended up getting tickets for regular price.

Ticket master is a pretty good bet - as popular as the Cards have become over the past 2 seasons, it's still not too difficult.

Try Ticket Master first. If you can't score any great seats your next bet is Stub Hub. I have purchased tickets for Cardinals games through Stub Hub before (went to the game where the Cards came back to beat the Vikings in the 4th quarter and knocked them out of the playoffs) but it was in Sun Devil Stadium. You shoudn't have any problem scoring tickets. Have fun!

Went to a Cardinals game this past season. Early on Tickets were easy to find and plentiful on Ticketmaster. So try and buy in the pre-season.

We bought in Mid-September, and found tickets close to face value on eBay. The reason why there were so many tickets on eBay is the Season Ticket Holders had a 1/100 chance of getting drawn for SuperBowl tickets. So people were buying up bucketloads of season tickets in the hopes of getting SuperBowl seats.

This season there may be a lot more available on Ticketmaster due to the lack of interest in season tickets.

One more tip, make sure you get a good parking pass. We parked in the Orange Lot.
We spent $30 on the pass as opposed to $8 for a further away lot- so the difference split between 4 of us wasn't much and the experience was just that much better. Oh, and for the beer cooler- this summer when beer companies are selling 24 cans in the big collapsable coolers, pick one up. You can use it for your tailgate beer without having to lug a big cooler from home or buy a $20 one to leave behind there. As we found out too late, they don't sell the cheap foam coolers anywhere.

I was at that game.

You could hear a pin drop among 70,000 people after the ref said "after further review" One of my favorite games ever. I have pictures of Vikings laying all over the field after than announcement. In fact that was such a good game I need to load one up as an avatar. Thanks for the reminder of that game.

Actually I remember that since about 40,000 people from Minnesota drove to Arizona tickets were a little more expensive for that game.

I'd really discourage ticketmaster or stubhub. it will be more expensive than the parking lot on gameday.

I had great seats for that game to. Second row on the 5 yard line. Randy Moss caught a one handed pass right in front of me. Bad part was all the action in the fourth quarter happened in the opposite end zone. Best game I have ever attended live. Lost my voice yelling at all the cocky Vikings fans as they were leaving the stadium.

Haha that's awesome you got to be there live, what a game that was! I remember watching it on TV, best and worst game I ever saw. I watched it with two Packers fans who were obviously pulling for AZ(since a win put them in the playoffs), and they were living and dying with every play. I remember the Cards being SO bad. 15 yard completion...10 yard sack...10 yard completion...5 yard sack. Hilarious! When Poole finally made that amazing catch in the endzone I couldn't even believe it. My buddies were acting like the Pack had just won the Super Bowl. Awesome game!

Packer fans are amazing. That stadium was absolutly filled with Vikings fans. I was rooting for the Cardinals. The Cardinal fans that had the will to cheer were being jeered by the Vikings fans in their own stadium. When the Cards finally win, and I'm not making this up, Cheese Heads emerged here and there in the stands. Where they came from I don't know. But they were there.

I'm looking forward to Miami at Denver this year.

I will be flying down to have a look at my remodeled team, hopefully they will be more competitive and hopefully the game will be in September and not December.

The Eagles have a game in Seattle this year. My plan is to be living in Victoria by then, so it shouldn't be too much of a hassle to get there.

Is the schedule out?

I was thinking Seattle too because one of my buddies has Club seats...but how do you know what teams?

Check each teams website. They know their 2008 opponents (home/away) well in advance, but not the specific dates yet.

I ended up having to use Ebay to get tickets to the Chargers game I wanted to go to a couple years ago. I would suggest trying every other method first as you can get scammed pretty easily on tickets.

The schedule isn't out but the list of opponents is.

FYI, the NFL schedule comes out in early-mid April.

I'm hoping the Saints are in Denver the same week as The Flames play the Avs. A guy can dream!

You'll have to wait till July to see if that is going to work.

Yeah, it's going to be a long summer... Hopefully the Flames go on a long run to occupy me until June.
