In The Love Guru, Pitka (Myers) is an American who was left at the gates of an ashram in India as a child and raised by gurus. His unorthodox methods are put to the test when he must settle a rift between Toronto Maple Leafs star hockey player Darren Roanoke (Malco) and his estranged wife. Pitka must return the couple to marital nirvana and get Roanoke back on his game so the team can break the 40-year-old "Bullard Curse" and win the Stanley Cup.
This movie has box office bomb written all over it. Mike Myers lost his edge a while ago.
Yikes. I don't think I laughed once during that trailer (and I've got a loose sense of humor). Myers should stick to making endless Austin Powers sequels.

I didn't laugh either. In fact, I groaned and said, "finally, Mike Myers can live his dream and make the Leafs win a cup. I hope this s#!t bombs bad."
I love Mike Myers, but I have to agree that looks pretty bad.

I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing, but TomCats had to be one of the top 10 comedy movies ever IMO. That and Ratrace during it's time were severly undermarketed.
