Falafel King Downtown

I was walking on Stephen Ave today and noticed that the Falafel King is gone. When did this happen? It looks like the entire building is being emptied out as the Subway was gone too. Are they making way for more construction and another skyscraper? Anyone have details? Is there another location where I can get my Schwama fix?
