Pretty sure the guy is a crimelord; the only sane reason to have a fish tank like that is to feed your enemies to the exotic and carnivorous fish you keep in it, so the cops can never pin anything on you.

Cool idea, but as others have said... I don't think I'd do that with 9 years of saving. Can you imagine how much hookers and blow you could get for that, or the atleast the quality?

even if I won the lottery I doubt this would make my top 5000 things to spend it on. It also blows me away that he is having rust issues - uh....did you not think that anything anywhere near the tank would be exposed to super high levels of humidity???
