Monkey & Rooster
This is not one of your most-recommended matches because you have such diverse approaches. You have little patience when the Rooster needs to examine issues down to the most finite detail. Your mate readily criticizes your short attention span. Imagine what this can do in your most intimate moments? Your disagreements can be brutally frank. You score high marks, and have some of your most rewarding communication, talking together about ambition and finances.

I'm the Monkey, she's the Rooster.
This is flat out, 100% incorrect. So I don't think I put any stock in it
Apparently I need to be with someone who is 5 years older or younger then I am. Or 17 years older/younger. Creepy.

According to that we couldn't be more opposed. We've been together for 6 years, so, no, I don't find it to be too accurate.
I don't put too much stock into these things to begin with though. There are about 6 billion people on earth, assuming an equal distribution, that means any given sign has somewhere around 500 million people born it in. I doubt very much its possible to assign even one similar trait to all those millions of people....
Edit: For what its worth, I also got the Monkey & Rooser, same as above.

You are on the same wavelength, and besides that, your relationship is both explosive and fulfilling. The love light burns brightly. Sexually, you are an emotional, exciting, high-energy couple. You try to see who can outtalk, and out strategy whom, when you disagree. An impulsive couple, your major difficulty occurs in the financial sector, unless you develop a plan and stick to it.

My mother-in-law talks about this stuff all the time. Drives me nuts. When something that doesn't fit her line of thinking occurs, she says nothing. When something does though all we hear for 3 days is "you see, it's because she's a scorpio . . . " or something similar.
edit: it got my wife and I wrong.

These things (including Astrology) are ridiculous.
Astrology is especially dumb considering the original signs no longer apply to the monthly periods, they're off by about 5 days each way now due to change in the earth's axis. Meaning anybody born within 5 days of a certain sign, is actually under a different one.
Its insane how many people think Astrology has ANY merit to it though.

I used to teach and one day, those who taught a certain student were all supplied with an official letter from the parent of that child.
The parent was into NUMEROLOGY. So much so, that she had legally changed her name and all of her children's names according to the beliefs of numerology.
So now the official name of that student was some totally unrecognizable thing. The child however requested to be referred to by his former name.

The Chinese astrology being referred to in this thread is based on the Lunar years, not months.

no, only the birth year, but if she's born in January chances are you'll have to subtract a year because the Lunar year is usually a month behind our calendars.

You are indeed a funny man. You will also become a dead man the day after you have forgotten her birthday.

Haven't done this yet, but I found that most horoscopes usually describe me fairly well. Shocking almost....until I read all of the horoscopes for the other signs....and they too describe me just as well as my own had.
I think horoscopes are very general, and in most cases they apply to everyone.
"SCORPIO - You like money, and you want to make more of it. This may get in the way of your relationships, it may not. You're an intelligent, exciting, fun person"
Some guy: ^^^Hey thats amazing, they read my mind!
I'll try this one though, maybe I'll be surprised.
