on-line scheduler?

Does anyone know of a site where a group of people could log on to a schedule and make/adjust appointments so everyone could see it? I have tried searching and played around with a couple but they were not that great...

You could use a gmail account...

I do but this isn't for email, I know there is google calendar but think that is a bit complicated for most and I am not sure if users need gmail for that

Google calender is by far the best thing to use for that. You do need a google account, but you dont need to have a gmail account.
