Winnipeg and Northern California are the 2 locations that I have used to recover data, we only used them because of a lawsuit and cost wasnt really a concern.
Because its in an array I dont know what they would charge as we have only ever done one IDE drive and on notebook drive before, both were I believe in the $5K range.
Where I work, if you lose your data off your own computer then to be honest too bad. We provide network drives which are backed up with offsite storage so you dont have to worry about it and its very rare that a computer less than 3 years old has had a hard drive die so much that we couldnt recover the data ourselves.
For personal use I use SpinRite, it says it also works on arrays and works great to clean up your iPod etc. Its only $80 US so that might be a cheaper alternative.
