Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the customer experience, including assistance with energy management services, installation of Site Server hardware/software at customer facilities, and continual customer communication
- Work with the field operations team to optimize metering configurations to best serve our customers
- Fully understand contractual and regulatory issues relating to the regional grid operator, our customers, and other parties
- Troubleshoot various components related to energy management including but not limited to networking devices, control & monitoring systems, automatic transfer switches, and backup generators
- Represent a team who strives for Operational Excellence and first-class Customer Service
- Effective communication skills are critical and required
Required Qualifications/Skills/Education:
- BA/BS in engineering, sciences, statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, or other related fields
- A minimum of three years experience specifically relating to energy management or energy systems through consulting, project or construction management, or other relevant experience
- A proven track record demonstrating the ability to work in a fast paced, forward moving environment with the ability to quickly learn new technology
- Outstanding communication skills with the proven ability to utilize these skills across groups within and outside the organization
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Broad understanding of business considerations associated with our installations
- Ability to apply creativity and objectivity while solving technical problems
- Ability to travel locally as needed
Desired Qualifications/Skills/Education:
- Computer and networking experience
- Electrical or other engineering, design, or project contracting experience
- Certified Energy Manager certification is a benefit but not required
