I love how people are so lazy they can't even reach that 1 inch over from the steering-wheel to use their indicator when making a turn.
"Ah screw it... that guy behind me should know that I'm going to be turning here and begin to slow down anyway..."
I think bus drivers are the worst for this...

The car should have been moved to the side, but perhaps the blinkers burned out or killed the battery? Sometimes there's a simple explanation that doesn't involve everyone automatically being a ######.
Having said that, not being completely off the lane on a highway is definitely extremely hazardous.

No fault to the plow truck as he was signalling and slowing...I figured he was gonna turn around and head north. It's quite possible that the battery died and no more blinky-blinky but he could have moved over completely onto the shoulder. Now that was a "sh** a spoonful" scenario

Actually, I find bus drivers to be the best at following the rules of the roads. My newest pet peeve? People who don't park properly in between the yellow lines. Yes, I know there can be a trickle down effect from someone else not parking properly but the other night I parked at Southcentre right in between two properly parked cars, I come out and some 'nick had his freakin truck parked at an angle next to me CENTIMETRES from my rear bumper, I couldn't believe he made it in there without hitting me and was so freakin close to my side of the car, I almost had to get in through the passenger side.
PARK BETWEEN THE YELLOW FREAKIN LINES!!!! If you can't park properly, don't drive the damn thing.

Bus drivers??They're some of the best drivers on the road, never had a problem with them.
It's the big trucks driving in the left lane that gets me,some of these guys are the worst and think they own the road.

I'm talking strictly not indicating when they stop at a bus stop. They never do it. They just stop. Then you get stuck behind them, when all it would have taken was an indication that they were pulling over, I could get over to the other lane.. everyone is happy.

I was especially unhappy about a little incident that happened today. I was parked in front of a convenience store/gas station and was backing out. There were SUVs on each side, so I had to resort to backing up slowly instead of checking and backing up normally.
As I was halfway out, some dickface went flying by, almost hit me (which prob. would be MY fault) and there were people walking from the store to the pumps and vice versa.
I tell you this, if I had a brick handy I'd have chased the SOB.

It is also called a little foresight realizing a bus is ahead of you in the same lane and that mayyybbbe it will do what all buses and stop just past the lights after every intersection

Actually, no. I understand that busses stop, but its not my responsibility to know that the bus ahead of me is the #4 bus that stops everywhere and not the #2 express that stops once every 5 stops.
Believe it or not, not every bus stops at every station. And its not unreasonable to ask that they indicate when they are pulling over... just like everyone else is expected to do so.

I may have seen this car earlier in the day. If it's the same car, the reason that the car wasn't all the way over was that they parked beside a guard rail. Incredibly stupid! When stopping 20 ft front or back would have solved the problem.

They do own the road. If you play chicken with one, it will win every time. They're bigger than me and apparently you, so it would be prudent of us to get out of their way.

After dealing with today's road mess caused by inconsiderate morons, I believe that everyone with an IQ equal to or less than a potato should have their driver's licenses automatically revoked. That should take care of 50% of Calgary drivers...

It seems to come in waves. For weeks I was a happy camper until a few days ago things started happening again. Last night hopefully was the peak. Some dumb chick in a white explorer was left laning deerfoot from 22x until at least glenmore. She was going a comfortable speed (which is why I was in her vicinity so long), but it was a comfortable speed for the middle lane.
Crazy psychopaths with their fancy winter tires were weaving all over the road trying to get past her. I got cut off a few times. Right around anderson when it turns into two lanes there was a big clusterfudge that caused my stomach to drop 10'.
I'm not saying that these crazy people should be driving that way, but I wish people would understand that poking along in the left lane on roads like deerfoot cause other people to go crazy. It causes accidents.

My current complaint is with people who fail to understand or choose to ignore the lane change rules, particularly on the underside of center-street bridge. I take this bridge twice a day, and at least once a week I see someone going the wrong way. A couple days ago, traffic was backed up on Memorial and center-street bridge in the morning just after 8:30 when two-way traffic resumes. Most people patiently wait it out, but some guy decides that even though the signs clearly say two-way traffic, he's just going to go down the left (oncoming) lane. Well, the predictable thing happens: somebody tries to come north on the bridge (as is their right), and end up grill-to-grill with this ass. Meanwhile, more people at the north end of the bridge figure that since one vehicle has gone against the signs, they will too. So the north-bound lane is now half full of north-bound vehicles and half full of south-bound vehicles. The intersections at both ends of the bridge are now completely messed up and it takes about fifteen minutes for things to sort themselves out. I just don't see how it isn't obvious to these people that they're just going to make things way more congested when they ignore some fairly obvious rules.

had a good one yesterday...
Buddy in his work truck in the middle lane, swerves into the right lane, notices a car is blocking him, so he violently pulls it back into the middle. I notice his right rear light is out, and as I pass him, I look over to see who this idiot is. His work buddy starts flipping me off... WDF? Anyway, they swing into my lane once I pass... and we carry on with our lives.
Maybe fix your lights you ######.
